EMF Radiation: Where it comes from and What you can do.

 In our modern Day-to-Day life, our electronic devices/gadgets are constantly emitting EMF Radiation. These have the potential to affect us physically and mentally.


EMF(Electronic and Magnetic Field) is the major radiation from electronic internet-connected devices. It is an invisible form of energy associated with the various uses of electrical power and natural or human-made lighting.


The article is dedicated to raising awareness of the effects of EMF and solutions to help block EMF from electronic internet-connected devices.


Which devices are responsible for EMF:

There are several devices available that are responsible for EMF radiation. 

  • Cell Phones
  • Desktops and Laptops
  • Devices with BlueTooth connectivity
    • Headphones, BlueTooth speakers, Mice, Keyboards
  • X-rays, CT Scans
  • Air travel and preflight scanners
  • Wi-fi
  • Internet Connected Smart Devices

Potential Problems due to EMF exposure:

According to Washington State University, there are more than 30 documents that link EMF radiation to cancers. As well as other serious diseases, EMF radiation has been linked to Anxiety, and Unbalanced Hormones. These big companies tend to downplay this fact and try to cover up by saying that their devices are safe.

However, the truth is that many of these internet connected devices and high frequency electronics, have not been around long enough to accurately depict the damage that these are causing.

For example, how recently were lead vests introduced while getting X-Rayed? But at the same time we walk through airport security without anything.


How to limit EMF from electronic internet-connected devices:

Use your cellphone or Laptop safely.

Our Laptops and Cellphones/Smartphones are some of our most used devices. Here are some habits  Develop these habits when using your cellphone or Laptop

  • Try using Bluetooth as little as you can and, if possible, completely neglect it.
  • Avoid Bluetooth devices like headphones and speakers.
  • Avoid direct contact of your device with your body.
  • Try to put them on Airplane mode at night.
  • Use the speakerphone function when you are on call.
  • Use a Faraday Sleeve when not actively in use

Limit your Smart Devices

As more and more devices become "Smart-Enabled" the EMF radiations increase as well.

We suggest you avoid the following devices:

  • Smart Watches
  • Digital door locks
  • Amazon Alexa or Google home
  • Smart TV's
  • Smart Refrigerators
  • 5G Enabled Devices

Unplug the devices after use

This is the tip that we think everyone can easily adapt if you are concerned about the EMF’s radiation. And this one is also economically beneficial.

  • Unplug your TV and the router at night.
  • Avoid heavy electronics devices from your bedrooms like TV and internet routers.
  • If impossible to unplug or completely remove (Many new computers and phones have the batteries wired in) store in a Faraday Sleeve

Improve your immune system

The last and the very effective tip is to boost your immune system by taking supplements like:

  • Multivitamin -Contain the key nutrients for overall wellness, including zinc and selenium.
  • Glutathione -Is a detoxifier and helps in clearing the toxins from your body.
